Privacy policy
This page explains how TechPartners BR handles personal data from people who use this site: the form, phone, WhatsApp, tickets and cookies. This version is dated 20 October 2026.
Who the controller is
The controller of personal data handled by this site is Tech Partners Serviços de Tecnologia da Informação Ltda, CNPJ 27.528.113/0001-10, at Rua Amazonas, 439, Conj. 63, Centro, São Caetano do Sul/SP, Brazil, postal code 09520-070.
For a reply, use the channels the site already shows. Requests arrive through these paths, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm:
- Phone: +55 11 4118-1992
- WhatsApp: +55 11 4118-1992
- Email: contato@techpartnersbr.com
- Form: Contact
For privacy, to exercise data-subject rights, or to contact the data-protection officer (LGPD), write to privacidade@techpartnersbr.com.
What the site handles
Contact form
If you send the form, the company receives what you typed: name, company (if you fill it in), email, phone (if you fill it in), subject and message. The page you were on is sent too, so the team knows which service the contact came from. Time-to-complete is used only to block automatic submissions. It is not used in ads or in the conversion event.
When direct delivery is on, the message goes to the site's own address and then by email through the company's Microsoft 365 account, so the team can reply. If that path is not available, the form opens the email program on your device. A hidden field, if filled in, causes the submission to be dropped.
Phone, WhatsApp and email
The phone and WhatsApp number is +55 11 4118-1992. The email is contato@techpartnersbr.com. A click opens the app on your device. The site does not receive the content of the call or the chat.
The browser records that the click happened, with the button's place on the page and the page address. That record does not include your name, email, phone or message. It is only sent to a measurement tool if you have accepted and the container is configured.
Tickets
Existing clients can open a ticket. The site loads the Tiflux widget (the script comes from public-assets.tiflux.com) for that client area. The ticket conversation stays in the support tool. Opening a ticket is not treated as a new advertising contact.
What we use it for
To reply to the contact and, when it makes sense, to continue the commercial conversation. To know which page and which subject produced the contact, without putting personal data inside the measurement event. To remember whether you accepted or refused cookies. To keep the site online and reduce form spam. To handle tickets for existing clients.
We do not sell personal data. The form conversion event carries only the form type and the subject chosen from the list (support, backup, Microsoft 365, rental, colocation or other), never the name, email, phone or message.
Cookies
The choice, accepted or refused, stays in the browser's local storage under the key tp-consentimento. It is there so we do not ask again and so a refusal is honored. It is not an advertising cookie.
The only measurement script this site is set up to load is Google Tag Manager, container GTM-T978KNR. It is not requested when the page opens. The browser asks for that script only after you accept, or if this browser already has an acceptance saved. Visit and ad tags are not written in the page: they live in that container and start applying only when the container loads.
Before you accept, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps everything denied: ads, ad user data, ad personalization, measurement, functionality, personalization and security. Accepting releases those signals. Refusing keeps all of them denied and does not load the container.
The notice shows on the first visit, with Accept and Refuse. To change it later, use the Cookies button in the footer.
If the form's anti-spam check is turned on, Cloudflare Turnstile loads only when you start filling the form. With an empty key, that script is not added to the page.
Who else may receive data
- Microsoft 365, to deliver the form email to the team.
- Tiflux, in the ticket widget.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, only if the anti-spam check is turned on.
- Google Tag Manager, only when the container is configured and only after you accept. Whatever is inside the container starts applying then.
- WhatsApp, if you click to chat: the conversation leaves the site and continues on the company's number.
- LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and the Google map, only if you click and leave the site. They are links. The site does not embed the map or publish those networks' pixels.
Hosting may keep technical access logs, such as IP address, date and page, so the site can stay online. That is not used here for advertising.
How long we keep it
The message is kept for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. You can ask for deletion through the channels on this page. The cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear the site's data or choose again.
Your rights
Brazil's data-protection law (LGPD) provides, among others, confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who received the data, and withdrawal of consent. You can also object to a processing activity when the law allows it, and you can lodge a complaint with the national data-protection authority (ANPD).
To use a right, write to privacidade@techpartnersbr.com. The team asks only for what is needed to find the request.
