For companies moving from ordinary hosted email to Microsoft 365, companies that already use Microsoft 365 but bought licenses one by one with nobody administering them, or companies that want to organize office files in OneDrive and SharePoint.
Also for anyone who wants to pay only for the licenses they use and have someone to call when a person joins, leaves or loses access.
How it works, from the start to everyday use
Three steps, in this order. If you already use Microsoft 365, we start at the step that fits.
License
A look at who uses what, and a recommendation of the right plan for each person (Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium and others). Licenses are bought via CSP.
Migrate
Mailboxes, contacts, calendars and files moved to Microsoft 365, with the domain change done at an agreed time.
Manage
Creating and removing users, adjusting licenses, two-factor authentication, security policies and day-to-day user support.
How it is billed
Licenses follow Microsoft's price list for each plan and are billed per user. Migration and management are quoted from the number of users and the volume of data.

Where we work
We support companies across Brazil, and most support is done remotely. Our office is in São Caetano do Sul (Rua Amazonas, 439, Conj. 63). Most tickets are solved by remote access, so distance does not slow the response.

What is Microsoft 365 via CSP?
CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) is Microsoft's program for buying Microsoft 365 licenses through a partner. The partner who sells the licenses also handles setup, user management and support, so you are not left alone in the Microsoft portal.
Can current email be moved to Microsoft 365 without losing anything?
Yes. The migration is planned to bring mailboxes, contacts, calendars and files into Microsoft 365, with the domain's DNS change done at an agreed time so the company is not interrupted.
How much do Microsoft 365 licenses cost?
The price follows Microsoft's price list for each plan (such as Business Basic, Business Standard and Business Premium) and changes with the exchange rate and the contract type. Prices are quoted on request, with a recommendation of the right plan for each person.
Doesn't Microsoft already back up Microsoft 365?
Microsoft keeps the service running and replicated, but protection against accidental deletion, ransomware or a person leaving the company is the customer's responsibility. The recycle bin and retention policies help, but they expire and they are not a separate copy. That is why we recommend an independent backup such as Acronis.
